The M3 dual adjustable lift-off concealed ball bearing hinge — 1/4″ horizontal and 5/16″ vertical adjustment, tested to ANSI Grade 3 standards and exceeding the 350,000-cycle requirement — now joined by the new TriAxis Pro™ euro groove 3-way adjustable hinge for aluminum OEM doors (height +4mm, lateral ±2mm, compression ±0.25mm, 365 lb panels on 3 hinges, no door removal). What multipoint lock systems does Rockwell® manufacture?
The range covers American entry doors and specialty applications: the RS Triple Latch series, the XL Triple Latch entry door lock, ST locking systems with deadlocking tongues (including stainless steel versions), narrow-stile locks with deadlocking hooks, operable sidelite locks, and the Defender mortise lock with emergency egress feature.
Are Rockwell® adjustable hinges 2-way or 3-way?
Both. The M3 dual adjustable lift-off concealed ball bearing hinge adjusts 1/4″ horizontally and 5/16″ vertically, and was tested to ANSI Grade 3 standards — exceeding the 350,000-cycle test requirement. The new TriAxis Pro™ euro groove hinge and the ZN3DMK2900 flag hinge offer full 3-way adjustability.
Does Rockwell® supply lift and slide door hardware?
Yes. What weight capacity do Rockwell® sliding door rollers support?
Side-adjust tandem rollers are available in capacities from 200 lb up to 500 lb per roller — 1,000 lb per door — in steel and stainless steel, for wood, aluminum and vinyl doors.
